How do I book a tour?

Full payment is required in advance and can be purchased here. I use the third party website Eventbrite to process the tickets. Once you have paid you will receive a booking confirmation by email.

Is the tour guaranteed to run?

I require a minimum number of bookings to run our tours. In case of insufficient numbers your booking will be cancelled 48 hours before and will be refunded to the original form of payment

Is it possible to cancel my booking once it is purchased?

Cancellations made by email more than 72 hours before the tour will be refunded in full. No refunds can be made after the 72 hour period, although you can transfer your ticket to someone else if you would like – must be 19+

No shows will not be refunded or allowed to book an alternative date.

Where is the meeting point?

You will receive an email from The Wanderfull Traveler before the day of the tour with the meeting point. It will be in a convenient location in Downtown Kelowna or if you have booked the Market tour I will meet you at Sandrine’s Chocolates & Pastry to begin.

What happens if I arrive late?

The tours will start at the specified time and we cannot wait for late arrivals. You will be given your guide’s phone number and are more than welcome to catch up, however no refund will be given for missed tastings.
