This list of Kelowna’s Craft Markets is ongoing and continuously updated. If you are hosting a market, virtually or physically this year please let me know and I will add you. We are all in this together and I firmly believe in supporting my community during these unprecedented times.
Here in Kelowna we have so many markets to help you support local artisans, crafters and small local businesses. Manoeuvre through them all with this continuously updated guide so you can shop local and support local no matter the season!
Kelowna Farmers’ Market – You can attend the Kelowna Farmers’ Market reliably on Saturdays at the Springfield location from May to October but during the winter it moves indoors to the Parkinson Recreation Centre (November to March).
- Spring & Summer at Orchard Park Mall Wednesday & Saturday
- Winter market at Parkinson Rec 9 am to 1 pm
- Parking available but can be a nightmare
Kelowna Farmers’ Satellite Summer Market – This mini outdoor market is an extension of the Kelowna Farmers’ Market is open on Sundays in downtown Kelowna on St. Paul St.
Westbank Farmers’ Market – Located in what is now referred to West Kelowna, despite the displeasure of locals who fondly call it Westbank, this is a smaller local market but great if you are on the west side.
- July to September 9 am to 2 pm

East Kelowna Market – A newer addition to the market scene tucked away in a charming community centre surrounded by farms and vineyards. This is one of my favourite areas of Kelowna. Definitely a market for locals in the know!

- Surrounded by wineries and farm stands (open April to October)
Home Grown Market – Typically held at Rustic Reel Brewing, the Home Grown Market is run by Dan from The Local Chemist. Keep an eye on the social media account to keep up to date with more pop-up locations.

- Typically held in the North End (hello craft beer!)
Mission Community Market – Held inside the Mission area’s Red Barn community centre. A smaller market with local artisans, food trucks and local businesses.

- Parking is limited at the Red Barn
- Food trucks on site!
The Little Modern Market – This market has gone virtual for the 2020 holiday season but you can usually find it in both Calgary and Kelowna. Keep an eye out via it’s social media for future physical markets!

Sandhill Wines Holiday Market – Located inside the Sandhill Winery is their annual holiday market. Unfortunately, it has been cancelled for 2020 but check back for 2021!

Earth to Table Vegan Market – Keep an eye out for pop up dates for this market but their holiday market is a go for 2020 on November 28th. This a vegan addition to Kelowna’s craft markets with food, drinks, clothing and

Downtown Kelowna Winter Street Market – This popular downtown outdoor market has been postponed until 2021 but usually features plenty of unique local artisans, clothing, food and live music at the Kelowna Ice Rink next to the yacht club.

Craft Culture Winter Market – This indoor market occurs at Prospera Place and plans are a go for a 2020 market event. Keep an eye of their social media! Always a popular market for locals to get unique handmade holiday gifts for loved ones.
